We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. SECTION 7 – RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns providing there are no scratch or dings on the returned products. If the product is returned in any different condition it was received, no refund will be issued.

SECTION 8 – WARRANTY
All watches are covered with a 2 to 5 year factory warranty depending on the band. Please refer to your watch’s warranty card or booklet to find the warranty coverage duration. Warranty does not cover batteries, straps or crystals or any defect caused by accidental occurrences such as a broken stem, bent pusher, broken crown, etc. Warranty covers internal movement defect only, as long as the watch has not been opened or tempered by someone else.
The Swiss Clock is the USA Official Service Center for ALL watches sold through our website and ALL watches sold through our company should be sent back to U.S. for any type of repair. Batteries can be replaced at any other shop at your own risk. Should your watch not function following a battery replacement by someone else, the repair will NOT be covered under warranty.
SECTION 9 – ORDERS & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Orders may be placed securely on this website, through our Online Store where you will be provided with a download link to the e-book.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we do not charge any sales taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice. All special prices are non-discountable in any way, and coupon or any other promotions are subject to change without notice.
