Warranty Repairs
  • Include a stamped warranty card or booklet showing the seller, model/reference number, serial number and sale date.
  • Include a copy of the sales receipt. Warranty coverage may be void without valid documents.

Waived when the repair is accepted.
Simple quartz watch $65 + shipping
Quartz chronograph $85 + shipping
Mechanical watch $105 + shipping
Mechanical chronograph $125 + shipping
Complex watches $225 + shipping
Shipping Instructions
  • Wrap the watch securely with bubble wrap.
  • Use an insured, traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • Protect a metal bracelet from contact with the case.
  • Do not ship your watch in an envelope.
  • Allow approximately 5–10 days for an estimate and 8–12 weeks for repair, depending on parts availability.
